Jordan Heiniger
CMA
Patient Care Coordinator
I grew up in Fishers, Indiana, received my Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science at Taylor University, and then received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Indianapolis. Fun fact: I did live in Cuenca, Ecuador, for three months for a study abroad program!
While I was obtaining a Doctorate Degree of Physical Therapy, I started taking the necessary continuing education to specialize in pelvic health. I have been practicing in pelvic health my entire career and worked at a hospital-based physical therapy clinic before coming to Restore Your Core PT. I have been very dedicated to the pursuit of specialized Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy through mentorship, research, and continued education, both during physical therapy school and after.
My core values are: Integrity, Faith, and Compassion
“I don’t have to chase extraordinary moments to find happiness—it’s right in front of me if I’m paying attention and practicing gratitude.” Brené Brown
I am a physical therapist for the company and specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy, treating males and females for urinary, bowel, and/or sexual dysfunction.
Many symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction are symptoms that, historically, women have believed are an unavoidable aspect of pregnancy, delivery, menopause, etc. I want to make sure my patients understand that they do not have to live this, whether it is incontinence, pain, urgency, or anything else.

My favorite show is White Collar, book is the Mark of the Lion series, and my favorite movie is Inception.
I love being surrounded by a team dedicated to mentorship and learning from each other in order to provide our clients the best care possible.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy exercising, spending time outdoors, watching TV, and exploring local coffee shops and restaurants with my fiancé. I value quality time with friends and family and building my community in Indiana, but I also love planning trips to hike in the mountains. I am a local Carmel resident, and you may see me running, biking, or rollerblading on the Monon!
