I grew up in Fishers, Indiana, and earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Taylor University before completing my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Indianapolis. During college, I also had the opportunity to live in Cuenca, Ecuador, for three months as part of a study abroad program.
While pursuing my doctorate, I began taking continuing education courses focused on pelvic health and have specialized in pelvic floor physical therapy throughout my entire career. Before joining Restore Your Core PT, I worked at a hospital-based physical therapy clinic and continued advancing my knowledge through mentorship, research, and ongoing education.
I specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy for both males and females experiencing urinary, bowel, and sexual dysfunction. Many symptoms related to pelvic floor dysfunction have historically been viewed as an unavoidable part of pregnancy, delivery, menopause, and other life changes. I want my patients to know they do not have to simply live with these symptoms, whether it is incontinence, pain, urgency, or anything else.

Outside the Clinic
Outside the clinic, I enjoy exercising, spending time outdoors, watching TV, and exploring local coffee shops and restaurants with my fiancé. I value quality time with friends and family and building my community in Indiana, but I also love planning trips to hike in the mountains. I am a local Carmel resident, and you may see me running, biking, or rollerblading on the Monon!
