Kayleigh Daily

Administrative Assistant/ Patient Care Coordinator

I grew up in Bremen IN, Graduated from Bremen IN. I started doing account administration right out of high school, transferring paper invoices into electronic for massive corporate businesses such as Smithsonian and Notre Dame. Shortly after being there I was pregnant with my first son and ended up working there until he was 1. I ended up moving to Indianapolis shortly after that to pursue what I thought would be real estate but turned into being a preschool teacher so that I could stay close to my son. I taught until my son entered Kindergarten and from there I transferred into a Front Desk Medical receptionist for 3 years until I got pregnant with my second son. I was offered a promotion to then work in Billing/coding and precertification for the same medical office and I worked there for an additional year before wanting to transition out of a Corporation and into small business where I could better utilize my patient experience and work in an office where there was no insurance based care/regulations.

My core values are:

Compassion and Empathy have to be at the top of my core values. By showing Empathy towards one another, you are exhibiting that you understand and you can relate to someone which then allows someone to feel safe and heard. I think then by showing compassion towards one another you can begin to help others get out of hard situations in life which then in turn allows you to better understand people and other people’s circumstances and life obstacles. It broadens your outlook on life by seeing the way other people see and feel.

Favorite quote:

We love each other because he loved us first. 1 John 4:19

Patients get a lack of care or compassion from the receiving end. I want to express sympathy when things are difficult in their lives. I want to be able to be a safe and soft landing spot for those that are struggling or going through difficult situations in life.

Taking Care of patients needs and helping them feel better is the best thing about working at Restore Your Core Physical Therapy.

I love golfing, spending time with my kids, and doing anything physically active or with family. I am not a home body and prefer to be on the beach but realistically as long as I get out of my house once a week to do something physical I am pretty happy!
