Kayleigh
Regional Front Office Manager
I grew up in Bremen, Indiana and graduated in 2014. Shortly after, I began my career as an account administrator, helping major organizations like the Smithsonian and Notre Dame transition from paper invoices in electronic systems. During that time, I welcomed my first son, Carson and continued working through his early years. My Career then took me into mental health, where I worked as a therapist on a locked unit with adolescent boys, supporting their rehabilitation into society. After moving to Indianapolis, I initially pursued real estate but ultimately chose to work as a preschool teacher so I could remain close to Carson during his early school years. Once he started kindergarten, I transitioned into healthcare, serving as a medical receptionist for three years. Following the birth of my second son, Kobe, I returned into billing, coding and pre-certification within the same practice. Eventually, I felt called to leave corporate healthcare and move into small business, where I could better connect with patients and work in an environment free from insurance restrictions– allowing for more personal, patient-centered care.
My core values are:
Throughout each stage of my journey, my values have remained at the heart of the work I do. Compassion & Empathy, I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard and cared for. Integrity, I am committed to doing what is right, even when it isn’t the easiest path. Dedication to Growth, Life and work are ever-changing and I value the opportunity to keep learning, adapting, and improving both personally and professionally. Excellence in Service, No matter the role I’m in, I take pride in working hard and ensuring that the people I serve feel valued and supported.Favorite quote:
We love each other because he loved us first. 1 John 4:19
My Favorite thing about working at Restore Your Core Physical Therapy is the combination of patient-focused care and a team culture that feels like family. I love being part of a place where people are truly seen, supported and celebrated in their healing.
I strive to provide patients with compassion, empathy and a listening ear. Whether it’s helping with paperwork, answering questions, or offering encouragement, I want them to know they are supported every step of the way.
