Postpartum Recovery

Healing and recovering after birth, whether it was vaginal or caesarean, should be a top priority for a new mom. However, the world we live in today pushes new moms to get up and moving as quickly as possible. You deserve more than one fifteen-minute postpartum visit with your OBGYN!

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists published new guideline in 2018 which specifically highlighted the importance of adequate care during the postpartum period.
